What People Say About The Mama Clinic

Get To Know Dr. Lauren Kirk, PT, DPT

Lauren is the owner and founder of The Mama Clinic. She is also the developer of the signature program, the Postpartum Pelvic Rehab Program. Lauren is a pelvic floor physical therapist in the North Austin and Cedar Park areas. She works with mamas prepping for birth, postpartum, and anyone with pelvic floor-related issues.

After having two children, Lauren noticed the lack of information on preventative care and recovery offered to mamas. She is passionate about being a resource for mothers wanting to have a more empowered pregnancy, birth, and postpartum journey.
